A new revelation on the emerging Quebec dance scene, the multidisciplinary artist Alan Lake will transform the Cinquième Salle into a mysterious garden tended by high-flying dancers. Raw, powerful, fiery yet also tender, their dance finds an echo in the splendid images of a film that opens up the horizons of this dreamlike landscape. In this strange yet somehow familiar elsewhere, nature is restored and humans reinvent themselves as they journey through the seasons of life. A poetic evocation of both the dark and the radiant aspects of the human condition. This is a rising young talent to discover.
