WIMA Is a non-profit Toronto- based organization committed to celebrating and acknowledging the contributions made by women to the arts.
We are currently hiring highly creative and passionate writers that want to transform our platform on a national level. We would like to get people involved that love writing and want to be part of the platform by providing distinctive content on art, social issues and music.
Please take in mind that we want to build up a community that only includes woman-identified artists - no matter if you're a professional or freelancer - who want to submit their editorials and present their stories and writing skills!
Your duties:
-Write high quality articles on art and music
-Provide your own editorials + stories
-Produce creatively written content for editorial stories
-Reach out to artists for interviews
You will be fully credited with links to your websites/blogs to raise your profile and personal brand.
While this is an unpaid position, you will be considered for paid opportunities if your work is consistently slick, engaging and meets to deadline alongside a proven dedication to our brand.
