My client is a well-established bank located in Montreal, QC. They are looking for a
Sr. Bilingual Administrative Assistant (major bank exp & Canadian Securities Course)
This is 18 MONTHS contract with the strong possibility of extension.

Job Description:
Title: Senior Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include:
• A strong Admin Assistant to assist the Investment Advisors in their daily administrative duties
• Answering the phone, taking voicemails, distributing mail, filing;
• Other administrative duties will be assigned as needed
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems
• Performing basic bookkeeping work
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies
• Maintain records management system
