Job Duties:

Apply extensive knowledge and experience in handling South Indian spices and roasting them to perfection.
Prepare food needed for day to day's service and maintaining consistency in quality and quantity.
Marinate foods as per instructions and ensure they are available for the day of service
Cut vegetables and meat efficiently and apply proper hygiene techniques
Prepare a wide variety of south indian Veg and Non Veg dishes
Ability to prepare and perform in front of clients at vendor opportunities
Capable of performing under pressure and in a fast paced environment
