Conducting outbound phone interviews
Ensuring that you reach the target respondent and scheduling call backs as necessary
Collecting data while ensuring impartiality

Requirements

At least 1 year of completed post-secondary education
6 months of customer service experience
Quiet home office with a corded, landline phone
A computer with Windows XP SP2 or higher, minimum 1GHZ single core or dual core with at least 512MB of RAM
Wired internet access with a minimum speed of 3mbps
Noise-cancelling headset
Professional and pleasant phone manner
Internet Explorer 8/9/10
Available a minimum of 22 hours a week and 20 hours of weekend work per month
Complete fluency in English and/or French
Located in Quebec with landline within the local calling distance of Montreal


Assets
