My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Bilingual Receptionist - Junior

Duration – 7 months of contract with the possibility of extension
Location – BROSSARD, QC
No. of openings – 1
Shift – Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet people as they arrive as they are the point of contact for all new visitors on-site
• Answer the main line and forward the calls as required (50 calls daily approx.)
• Open and distribute mail
• Forwarding bank checks as required internally
• Receive and send Fedex and UPS daily
• Filing
• Assisting and interacting with Investment Advisors and Sales Assistants in terms of clerical duties as required.
Skills and Competencies:
• 1-3 years of receptionist/administrative experience
• Warm and friendly demeanor
• Presents well
• Excellent Communication Skills (French/English)
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of work related experience
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
