My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Bilingual Receptionist - Junior
Duration 7 months of contract with the possibility of extension
Location BROSSARD, QC
No. of openings 1
Shift Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet and greet people as they arrive as they are the point of contact for all new visitors on-site
Answer the main line and forward the calls as required (50 calls daily approx.)
Open and distribute mail
Forwarding bank checks as required internally
Receive and send Fedex and UPS daily
Filing
Assisting and interacting with Investment Advisors and Sales Assistants in terms of clerical duties as required.
Skills and Competencies:
1-3 years of receptionist/administrative experience
Warm and friendly demeanor
Presents well
Excellent Communication Skills (French/English)
Strong organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of work related experience
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
