My client is a well-established Banking Firm and hey are looking for Part-Time Service Representative
Duration – 3 months contract with strong possibility of extension
Location – Montreal, QC
No. of Position’s – 2
Hours of Work: Open between 7:00am and 5:00pm
Note - The roles are BOTH part-time to start and may get an increase in hours depending on how the projects ramps up and the workload in general.

Project: Providing additional support during the new Saving Accounts campaign.

Job Description:
• Process and/or fulfill transactions, perform audit
• Monitor production logs
• Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained for both Customer and Bank information to protect the customer and the bank
• Issue customer welcome letters.
• Apply appropriate due diligence in accordance with Bank policy for the prevention of any privacy breach issue.

Qualifications:
• Good knowledge of standard desktop applications used by the business unit
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (knowledge of OfficeConnect an asset as well)
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks
• Good organizational skills
• Good typing skills
• Bilingualism is a must (Oral and Written must be strong)
