My client is a well-established Bank, looking for to fill a position of Part-Time Bilingual Inbound/Outbound Call Centre Representative
Duration – 3 Months contract with strong possibility of extension
Location – Brossard, QC

***Looking for part time staffing who will be scheduled minimum 22.5 hours up to the maximum of 37.5 hours. Must be flexible to work during the week and on Saturdays

Candidates MUST be able to read & speak French. Excellent communication skills in English & French


Job Description:
The main function of a Contact Centre bilingual specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Contact Centre bilingual specialist may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. •

Job Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer’s service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
