My client is a well-established printing and consulting organization located in Montreal, ON. They are looking for Office Clerk (reception and customer service exp)
This is 12 months contract with a strong possibility of extension.

Job Description

Duties will involve backfill for general office duties: data entry and reception

Responsibilities include:
• Managing and preparing requests for catering
• Placing orders for supplies
• Ensure clean kitchenettes
• Maintain kitchenettes
• Prepare Meeting at meetings
• Serve as a replacement at reception
• Other clerical duties

Skills/Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Experience in customer service/ reception role (minimum 1yr. experience)
• Basic computer skills (keyboard, mouse functions)
• Excellent communication and Customer service skills
• Well presented , organized and able to learn new tasks quickly
• Good customer service and computer skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
• Able to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to read, write and follow basic English instructions
