My client is a well-established printing and consulting organization located in Montreal, ON. They are looking for Office Clerk (data entry & mail distribution exp required)
This is 12 months contract with a strong possibility of extension.

Job Description

Duties will involve backfill for general office duties: data entry and mail distribution

Responsibilities include:
• Perform data entry and filling duties
• Prioritize and distribute incoming mail including Shipping System entry to generate waybills, track packages, etc.
• Receive sort and process mail documents packages and supplies
• Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved or further escalated as appropriate
• Conduct quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and required output is to standards
• Print maintenance Replacing toners, fixing paper jams, etc.
• Processing, supplies ordering
• Inventory tasks and some digital printing of binders etc.

Skills/Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Experience in customer service/ reception role (minimum 1yr. experience)
• Basic computer skills (keyboard, mouse functions)
• Excellent communication and Customer service skills
• Well present
