One of our well established banking client is looking for Mail Clerk (Major Bank)
Location: Montreal, ON
Duration: 1 month contract with possibility of extension depending on the workload
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm (open between these times) to make 37.5 hours/week

Job Description:
• Responsible for the timely and efficient processing of return mail in accordance with established priorities and deadlines
• Responsible for all incoming returned mail to ensure quality standards and processing requirements are being met and escalate any issues in timely matter.
• The person will be interacting with the Audits and Controls team which is about 17 people.
Skills / Knowledge:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingualism is an asset
• Good knowledge of standard desktop applications used by the internal unit (training will be provided)
• Good knowledge of systems and applications (none specifically)
• Good organizational skills
