Dr. Gaskin, Concordia University and Dawson College professor in Psychology offers life coaching sessions.

Dr.Gaskin's methods can help you make significant changes in your life. Together, you and Dr.Gaskin will work towards achieving goals in any area. This may include career or schooling but is in no way limited to that. Dr. Gaskin specializes in factors and behaviors that are not compatible with achieving those goals and works with you to alter or eliminate them. We can achieve these objectives by using various techniques, including neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

In the first session, a thorough analysis of your needs will be made. On your subsequent visits, you will learn custom strategies that will send you on your way to the achievement of your goals through the use of resources that, even unbeknownst to you, you already possess.

Sessions are a minimum of 1 hour.

The first session is free

Subsequent sessions are 60$/hour

Sessions take place in the Montreal-West...NDG area.
