I'm looking for somebody to take over my lease and buy my furniture (I'm flexible about the furniture). It's a huge room in a 4 1/2 apartment, right next door to McGill. It's a 2 min walk from campus, and you are near all the stores, restaurants and shops in St. Catherine and 7 min walk to Eton Center.
- Gas, electricity are separate, about $25 a month for both.
- Heating is included
- Nice queen size bed
- Huge desk
- A big sofa (yes, inside the room)
- Spacious, clean and lots of light (on the second floor)
- Hard wood floors
- Laundry in basement
- 5 min away from Metro Peel and the YMCA for your gym
The room is available immediately but I am flexible with the dates. If you're not interested in buying my furniture or just some of it, we can negotiation, just let me know and we can talk.
I'm looking for a clean and tidy person. My current roommate (and hopefully your future roommate) is a male PhD student at McGill University. We can arrange a time for the two of you to meet in advance since you'll be living together. We're really friendly people, like to study during the week and have lots of fun during the weekend.
