Responsibilities:
Ensuring the needs of the moderator, clients and participants are met
Set up and operate all audio and visual equipment
Maintain the facilities
Greet moderators, clients and participants when they arrive at the specified location by directing all individuals to the correct room or location
Requirements:
Professional attitude and presence is an absolute must
Reliable
Personable
Excellent communication skills
Effective team player
Previous hosting, reception or hospitality experience
Bilingual- strong oral skills in English and French
Additional Information:
The position has flexible scheduling, you tell us which days and shifts youre available, and well schedule you whenever we have extra work during those shifts
Due to the flexible nature of scheduling, we cant guarantee hours hours will vary each week
Rate of pay: $11.50/h Your application must clearly indicate your availability for 7AM 11PM, Monday through Friday.
