Graphic/Web Designer full-time 1-year replacement position for maternity leave

Graphic/Web Designer
We are looking for a full time graphic/web designer to replace our designer who will be on maternity leave. The candidate will design or create layouts to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as brochures, posters, product packaging, software user interfaces, icons, logos, and web updates.
Job Requirements
? The position requires a minimum of 1-5 years knowledge of graphic and web design.
? The candidate must have a strong sense of concept development, layout composition, colour theory and typography and posses the ability to interpret creative needs into a design project.
? Using creativity and innovation to redefine and expand concepts, the designer is open to feedback and proposing new ideas. The candidate also has a proven ability to work within time constraints to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
? Extensive knowledge of both MAC & PC platforms.
? Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Dreamweaver, MS Office, OsCommerce, Wordpress.
? Bilingualism is an asset.
