Im looking for people who need the space but dont have all their furnishings yet. Ive got 3 closed bedrooms in an open concept condo on the ground floor level of a newer building. It has hardwood floors. Large windows provide lots of light. The kitchen has lots of counter and cupboard space and stainless steel appliances, including a diswasher. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Bathroom has separate shower and large soaker tub.. All bedrooms have large closets. Linen closet in the hallway.
Its a safe building with quiet neighbours.
Front bedroom has twin bed and dresser. Master has a double bed, side tables with lamps and dresser and rocking chair. Other bedroom is set up as a home office, (glass L-shaped desk and office chair). The desk can be removed or you can add a double bed. There is also a new (never used )IKEA double futon mattress available. You would just have to buy a frame. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, end tables with lamps, ottoman, 32 flat screen TV.
All rooms have horizontal blinds. Various dishes, cutlery, and bedding, etc. will be included as well.
Everything is walking distance and this neighbourhood is COOL BUT AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE- perfect for students!
Metro station (Joliette GREEN line) is about a 10 minute walk.
Its $1400 unheated, but with the budget plan for Hydro you would be looking at roughly $75 extra, which is what I pay now. If you are 3 people, you would probably be looking at about $491/month each, which is a good deal if you read the description. 1 year lease.
