One of our well established banking client is looking for an Experienced Bilingual Receptionist for a (Major Bank)
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: 2 weeks contract with high possibility of extension.
Working hours: 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Line of Business: - Private Banking

Daily Responsibilities:
• Answering a high volume switchboard
• Sending out courier
• Sorting through mail
• Greeting new visitors at the location and letting people know that they have arrived
• Managing the boardroom calendar
• Ordering catering for the office

Must Haves:
• Fully Bilingual (Excellent communication with English & French)
• 2+ years of Reception Experience
• MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Calendar Management
• Previous Experience with Catering for an Office
• Polished & Well-Presented
• Great Communication Skills
• Calm Demeanor
• Conflict Resolution Skills
