One of our well established banking client is looking for an Experienced Bilingual Receptionist for a (Major Bank)
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: 2 weeks contract with high possibility of extension.
Working hours: 8:30a.m. 5:00p.m.
Line of Business: - Private Banking
Daily Responsibilities:
Answering a high volume switchboard
Sending out courier
Sorting through mail
Greeting new visitors at the location and letting people know that they have arrived
Managing the boardroom calendar
Ordering catering for the office
Must Haves:
Fully Bilingual (Excellent communication with English & French)
2+ years of Reception Experience
MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Calendar Management
Previous Experience with Catering for an Office
Polished & Well-Presented
Great Communication Skills
Calm Demeanor
Conflict Resolution Skills
