Our client is well-established in the printing and consulting industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Montreal, QC to work on a long term ongoing contract.
Major Responsibilities
We are looking for 3 new agents to answer customers incoming calls to order metered supplies (toner-cru).
The agents need to speak French language fluently with no accent as the incoming customer calls will be from Quebec French customers
This position is responsible for driving Customer Satisfaction by providing remote hardware and Network Solutions to External Customers by providing telephone support for a variety of calls ranging from general inquiries to technical service issues
This role provides 1st line support by selling the benefits of trouble shooting over the telephone to external customers to ensure problem resolution and thus establishing customer satisfaction with each call
Provide excellent Customer Service and answer the Customers call in a friendly and professional manner
Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers
Diffuse difficult Customer situations
Focus on providing solutions
