Our client is well-established in the printing and consulting industry. They are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist in Montreal, QC to work on a long term ongoing contract.

Major Responsibilities
• Provide support to Managers and successfully leverage processes and resources for order entry, equipment delivery and installation, billing and other customer administration or shared services as well as processes and resources for post-sale such as service, supplies and systems
• Take ownership for and solve specific problems and issues that are identified, using a closed loop process
• Log all issues and develop a database of key problems in order to develop corrective strategies for systemic problems
• Comprehend issues and elevate to the appropriate personnel for correction
• Establish and maintain an effective partnership with Managers (initial focus will be Quebec and ultimately support will be to full Eastern Market Centre, including its ICDMs)

Applicant Qualifications
• Bilingualism is a requirement (English/French)
• Technical expertise with Oracle system if possible
