Tasks:
- Communicate with debtors, with the intention of negotiating payment by following established procedures and considering the needs of the client
- Updating client files
- Achieving personal, team and company targets, while maintaining the highest quality and integrity of work
- Analyzing problematic accounts with the manager or the supervisor and recommend appropriate action

Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Bilingualism (French and spoken, read, written English)
- Good knowledge of computer systems, primarily Microsoft Office
- The ability to be firm, yet act in a in a professional and courteous manner with our customers.
-1 to 2 years of experience in Collections, Sales or Customer Service
- Ability to analyze difficult situations, and show good judgment in problem resolution
- Great communication and listening skills, strong negotiation skills a must!
