The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to coordinate all phases of the sales cycle including, contract review, inventory allocation, product configuration, logistics and installation. The local Inside Sales Representatives are the primary point of contact for customers. The local Production team is the primary technical resource. Additional sales, and technical support is provided from the other Vernon locations in Toronto and Vancouver.
Specific responsibilities include:
Supervision and leadership of the Montreal team.
Ownership of the Vernon sales process with an emphasis on customer experience.
