My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Bilingual Senior Loan Collector
Duration – 12 months of contract with the possibility of extension
Location –Montreal, QC
No. of openings – 8
Shift – Monday to Thursday 4pm-10pm and on rotation either Saturday 8am to 4pm and Sunday 1pm to 8pm. (30.5hrs/wk)



Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform In-bound/outbound collections call to clients regarding pass due invoices/statements (early stage delinquency, courtesy calls)
• Answer incoming calls from clients regarding pass due invoices/statements
• Reduce client delinquency
• Interacting with customers, lawyers, branches and different professionals.
• Perform other related Customer Service responsibilities as required

• Outstanding command of French and English language
• Fast learner
• Sales acumen
• Comfortable learning new software
• Proactive

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of work related experience
EDUCATION: College Diploma or equivalent
