My client is well-established major bank, situated in Montreal, QC. They are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist (French/Admin Exp)
This is a 8 month contract position with a very strong possibility of extension.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
LOB: Private Client Division

Daily Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet people as they arrive as they are the point of contact for all new visitors on-site
• Answer the main line and forward the calls as required (50 calls daily approx.)
• Open and distribute mail
• Forwarding bank checks as required internally
• Receive and send Fedex and UPS daily
• Filing
• Assisting and interacting wit, Investment Advisors and Sales Assistants in terms of clerical duties as required.

Must Have Skills:
• 1-3 years of receptionist/administrative experience
• Warm and friendly demeanor
• Presents well
• Excellent Communication Skills (French/English)
• Strong organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
