My client is a well-established printing firm is looking to fill a position of Bilingual Help Desk Specialist
Duration – 12 months of contract with the possibility of extension
Location –Montreal, QC
No. of openings – 1
Shift – Flexible working hours (8AM – 8 PM)


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide 1st level telephone help desk support.
- Become highly proficient with organisations internal software to assist organisations sales personnel.
- Ability to work flexible hours (8 AM to 8 PM).
SKILLS:
- Good communication skills.
- Good general business skills.
- Proficient with MS Windows.
- Fluently bilingual.
- Some familiarity with computer networks beneficial but not mandatory.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year help desk experience.
EDUCATION: Minimum requirement Community College.
