Bilingual Deputy Manager (English/French)

Who are we?
BBA are a rapidly expanding (40% a year for the last 11 years) automotive remanufacturing company with 11 facilities across Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico and India. In order to maintain our high level of growth, we require a Deputy Country Manager to work in a fast paced environment at our Canada office. We are looking for an experience Customer Service Advisor who is looking to take a step up, but will still be happy answering high volumes of phone calls.

What does the role involve?
In order to maintain our high level of growth, we require a bilingual Customer Service Advisor to work in a fast paced environment. You must be able to demonstrate experience of customer service. This is a highly hands on role so you must be proactive and able to use initiative. You will complement our team by thinking on your feet and doing what it takes to get the job done.

Key tasks include:
- Explaining our repair procedure & other options available to customers (English + French)
- Invoicing for jobs and giving updates on customer items
- Liaising with the workshop for progress on repairs and stock availability
- Troubleshooting
- Meeting targets and promoting first class customer service
- Supporting the Country Manager in the day-to-day running of the Workshop

What does an ideal candidate look like?
Previous experience of working in the automotive industry or a passion for cars would be an advantage. Excellent computer skills are essential.
