One of our well established banking client is looking for Bilingual Data Entry Clerk (Major Bank & commercial loans knowledge)
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: 12 months contract with high possibility of extension.
Hours: Requires flexibility between 8am -6pm - 7.5 hour day.
Note: May have to work on certain holidays depending on the area that they support.

Job Description:
• Entering commercial loan client information into the internal system
• Verifying information both with customer and internal sources

Skills / Knowledge:
• 2-4 years of administrative/customer service experience
• Fluently bilingual-French & English (Oral and Written)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong data entry skills both speed and accuracy
• MUST possess a University degree
• FI Experience a strong asset (to understand the needs of the business and understands the impact of how some processes work with others)
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Very adaptable – must be able to be flexible with changing environments and responsibilities and prioritize tasks appropriately
• Strong conflict resolution skills
