One of our well established banking client is looking for Bilingual Data Entry Clerk (Major Bank & commercial loans knowledge)
Location: Montreal, QC
Duration: 12 months contract with high possibility of extension.
Hours: Requires flexibility between 8am -6pm - 7.5 hour day.
Note: May have to work on certain holidays depending on the area that they support.
Job Description:
Entering commercial loan client information into the internal system
Verifying information both with customer and internal sources
Skills / Knowledge:
2-4 years of administrative/customer service experience
Fluently bilingual-French & English (Oral and Written)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong data entry skills both speed and accuracy
MUST possess a University degree
FI Experience a strong asset (to understand the needs of the business and understands the impact of how some processes work with others)
Excellent telephone etiquette
Team player
Strong attention to detail
Very adaptable must be able to be flexible with changing environments and responsibilities and prioritize tasks appropriately
Strong conflict resolution skills
