My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Bilingual Data Entry
Duration 12 months of contract with the possibility of extension
Location Montreal, QC
No. of openings 1
Shift Requires flexibility 8:00am to 6:00pm 7.5 hours a day
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Entering commercial loan client information into the internal system
Verifying information both with customer and internal sources
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Actioning tasks coming through work flow processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage ones time
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
Previous experience with different systems is an asset
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of administrative/customer service experience
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equiv
