My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Bilingual Data Entry
Duration – 12 months of contract with the possibility of extension
Location –Montreal, QC
No. of openings – 1
Shift – Requires flexibility 8:00am to 6:00pm 7.5 hours a day


Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Entering commercial loan client information into the internal system
• Verifying information both with customer and internal sources
• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
• Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
• Actioning tasks coming through work flow processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Previous experience with different systems is an asset

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of administrative/customer service experience
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equiv
