Interviews to take place as soon as candidates have been identified. Bilingual Proven experience as Sr QA lead or QA Manager Manual & Automated Testing Insurance/Financial Industry background CSTE /ISTQBThe Quality Analyst Manager role is to plan, design, architect, and deploy effective test suites and regimes for in-house product development, software application development, information system launches, and operations systems enhancements. This individual will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate, verify, communicate, and resolve systems/software application issues through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of IT investments and initiatives
Lead/manage the release QA team in planning, preparing and executing effective test process for the project, testing and deployment Lifecycle from requirements definition to implementation and warranty support.
Manage and coordinate delivery and maintenance of testing documentation (e.g. test strategies, plans, schedule, cost estimates) by using risk analysis methodologies and tools that align with the development approach/methodology selected for the project.
Ensure test process, methodologies and tools are applied appropriately and that test phase entry/exit criteria are agreed to by stakeholders and applied by the test team.
