One of our clients is looking for a Bilingual Branch Operations Administrator
Length: Contract term is 6 Months (possibility of extension)
Location: Montreal, QC

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide general branch administrative support, supporting the team with the responsibilities below:
o Photocopying
o Filing
o Data entry
• Opening new accounts for customers and verifying the account documents
• Following up with the head office for new account documentation
• Supporting the branch in achieving the operational objectives through administrative support
• Ordering office supplies

REQUIREMENTS
• Two to three years of experience in administrative support
• Strong Communication Skills
• Fluent verbal communication skills in both Engli
