My client is a well-established banking, situated in Laval, Quebec. They are looking for a Bilingual Administrative assistant (w-Banking exp.) This is a 1 month contract assignment that has potential for an extension.
Bilingual Administrative assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location: LAVAL QC
Duration: 1 month contract with the high possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
Operating office equipment : typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing mailers
Responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
Keep documents organized and confidential.
Ability to work under pressure.
Handle and direct phone calls
Ability to make routine decisions within established policy and procedures.
Fulfill duties in both English and French Canadian
Education and Skills:
Minimum: High School and 2 years business experience.; Preferred: Community College in office/administrative studies.
Bilingualism is a must ( French and English)
Previous banking /financial experience preferred
Excellent communications and organization skills
Experience in operating office equipment
Strong attention to detail and skills in Microso
