My client is a well-established banking, situated in Laval, Quebec. They are looking for a Bilingual Administrative assistant (w-Banking exp.) This is a 1 month contract assignment that has potential for an extension.


Bilingual Administrative assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Industry: Banking
Location: LAVAL QC
Duration: 1 month contract with the high possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

•Operating office equipment : typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing mailers
• Responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
• Keep documents organized and confidential.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•Handle and direct phone calls
•Ability to make routine decisions within established policy and procedures.
• Fulfill duties in both English and French Canadian

Education and Skills:
• Minimum: High School and 2 years business experience.; Preferred: Community College in office/administrative studies.
• Bilingualism is a must ( French and English)
• Previous banking /financial experience preferred
• Excellent communications and organization skills
• Experience in operating office equipment
