My client is well-established banking institution. They are looking position for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Banking) to work in Montreal, QC. This is a 1 year contract with the possibility of extension.


Bilingual Administrative Assistant ( Banking)
Hours of Work: 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours/week)
Contract Length: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
LOB: Branch

Daily Responsibilities:
• Supporting 6 professionals in Finance (1 senior Investment Advisor, 2 associates, 1 sales assistant, and 1 Business Development Manager)
• Answering and screening all phone calls to that team
• Filing
• Email correspondence to high level clients
• Handling projects as required
• Facilitate account transfers
• Order office supplies
• Booking meeting rooms

Must Have Skills:
• 3-5 years of administrative experience
• CGEP education
• Excellent Communication Skills (very strong in both English and French)
• Proficient in Microsoft
