My client is a well-established major bank located in Montreal, QC. They are looking for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk – Banking Exp. This is 12 month contract position with possibility of extension.


Daily Responsibilities:
• Conducting invoice reconciliations
• Entering the data into the system
• Reviewing the invoices to ensure proper completion and accuracy
• Entering supplier numbers and invoice numbers - suppliers : all external vendors – anything that falls outside of capital spend
• Managing quotas as required

Must Have Skills:
• Associate's Degree in accounting
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in accounting with a strong focus on accounts payable
• Knowledge of Canadian taxes for each province
• Strong understanding of the tax applications within Canada and some Tax applications (HST, QST, etc).
• US tax – Non-resident etc. (only a basic understanding of th
