Minimum rental period is one month.
Deposit of $500.00 and a signed rental agreement/invoice is required to hold the reservation. Remainder of rental fee, $300.00 security deposit and $125.00 cleaning fee required 60 days prior to check-in. Security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure after inspection of the premises validates no damage beyond "normal wear and tear" or loss.
