I'm subletting my 3 1/2 apartment for 2.5 months (13 May-23 Jul). The price above is a monthly price. Internet+hydro+laundry is included.
It's on the third floor of a 4-storey building, has a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a bedroom. There are restaurants with international cuisine in the downtown, so it's not far.
The location is unique; it's in the McGill area, so it's close to downtown, (8 minutes walk to McGill metro station) but it's isolated from the hustle and bustle of downtown life. It opens to an open courtyard not to the street, so it's quiet.
It's 8 minutes walk from the beautiful Mont-Royal park, a local cinema, a few local grocery stores as well as a supermarket.
I don't have cable TV, but you can connect your laptop to the tv and enjoy watching films.
You can park in the street for free from 6PM to 8AM weekdays and all day during weekend. There is a public parking 10 minutes walk from the flat and costs about $10 a day.
