My client is a well-established bank looking to fill a position of Administrative Assistant - Junior
Duration 4 months of contract with the possibility of extension
Location Montreal, QC

Shift Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 5:00pm (open between these times) to make 37.5 hours/week
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the timely and efficient processing of return mail in accordance with established priorities and deadlines.
Responsible for all incoming returned mail to ensure quality standards and processing requirements are being met and escalate any issues in timely matter.
The person will be interacting with the Audits and Controls team which is about 17 people.
Skills and Competencies:
Good knowledge of standard desktop applications used by the internal unit
Good knowledge of systems and applications (none specifically)
Good organizational skills
High School education or equivalent
Bilingualism is an asset
High sense of accuracy
Adaptable
Ability to learn quickly
Reliable
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of work related experience
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
