2003 Honda Accord LX 4cyl, 2.4L 220250 km well cared and regularly serviced. Garage bills to show.
It has:
- summer tires on nice Honda mags
- winter tires on Honda rims (currently on)
- Radio + MP3 player (aftermarket device installed by a specialist) which behaves like a native Honda CD changer, you control it by radio dashboard buttons, etc. You can upload hundreds of mp3 files to an USB key into 10x folders and it behaves like CD changer for 10x CD disks.
- excellent stock acoustic system Alpine
- cruise control
- heated mirrors
- electric windows
- tinted windows
- rear aileron
The engine is always filled with Fully Synthetic oil.
The car is in good mechanical condition. During last years it has received the following maintenance:
two years ago:
- new spark plugs BOSH multielectrode
- the AC system was serviced 2 yrs ago, it has received *new* condenser unit - see the picture, refilled and vacuum checked for leaks. So far It works fine and makes cold air.
last year:
- new front brake rotors and pads
- new brake fluid
- new rear suspension links - all the parts are of good quality
- new steering fluid
last week (exhaust front joint leak repair =$140 garage bill:
- new front flex gasket (donut) and spring kit (springs + bolts) for exhaust.
This car runs fine and pleasure to drive. No rattling inside, no weird noises. There is only some rust on the front hood lip - see the pictures. There was a bug deflector installed on it which has collected dust, salt and debris which in its turn created rusty spot. The front hood can be fixed by cutting the rusty spot out, welding a patch then painted or covered with decorative tape. Another possible option is install/swap another hood - those cost around $200...300 at scrap yards and easy to bolt on. The rest of body is clean.
I find myself not using this car enough, have another one on my business, so Honda needs new owner.
